Get Your Children Involved with Your Exercise Routine

Jen Houck of One Moms World recently announced her first contest. She'll be teaming up with Exercise with Mommy in giving away an exercise DVD and a $20 gift card to Target.

Although Andrew is not technically a preschooler anymore, he does love when we exercise together, and I would love to win a copy of Energize and Exercise with your Preschooler. Maybe it would finally get me off my rear and making a step in a healthier direction. :)
